Dansk Ehandel ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobile Pay and JCB.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees. In case of an unlawful objection to a payment, you will be reimbursed our objection fee of DKK 180. + VAT.
You can also pay by bank transfer. By bank transfer, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. If payment has been made by bank transfer and you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, an administration fee will be charged in connection with a manual refund of DKK 89.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly benefit on the 20th of each month. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill terminates. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. If you already have a Viabill account, it costs 39kr. in fee every month.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
NOTE: If you want to return a purchase outside the 14-day right of withdrawal, we have a 30-day extended return policy, where you can convert your purchase to a coupon code* equal to the price ex. freight and not in cash. The coupon code cannot be used on shipping, or on already discounted items, or combined with other coupon codes, vouchers, promotions or the like. And the coupon code cannot be cashed out either.
* The coupon code/voucher offer is only valid on stocked items, and cannot be used/offered if, for example, an item has been discontinued in the meantime or similar.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the purchase consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tlf.nr. and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Incognito Data ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. Any dispute between the buyer and Incognito Data ApS shall be settled by a registered office selected by Incognito Data ApS.
